Breakfast= ham, cheese, chicken sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= nothing
Dinner= cauliflower, stringbeans, fish, rice
Also had a bottle of water
Felt good during the workout, no pain from the meet
Went to bed at 11 and woke up at 6
