800 repeats indoors yipee

Weather: Sunny and indoors

Comments:
I did four 800 repeats in doors. A lot of people which got annoying. Ran okay but not great. Felt sick most of the time. Jogged a 400 in between each interval. Estimated the total time. I was a little sore and a little tight going into the run but feel pretty solid afterwards. I was way under estimated 10k pace (6:36/ mile). Zone per 800 was a 2:52-3:00 and I was there for all.
