Comments:
Ran a 600m time trial, which went exceedingly well compared to what I was expecting. I came in around 1:27.mid, right behind Abdallah and Austin, who are both comfortably sub-2 guys by the middle of the season. Also, from what I've seen my 600 is worth a ~2:03 in the 8. This is pretty exciting since I'm in terrible shape after my knee injury, and I think this will be the season for sub-2 once I get some base behind my legs!
The 200s afterward were pretty painful, and then I did a ton of lifting afterward. In short, this might have been one of the hardest training days I've ever gone through, I can only imagine how sore I'll be tomorrow.
