Did this one inside alone, since I had to go early to make it to my late-night physics lab. The workout was 3x1600 tempo with 2 minutes rest followed by 4x200 at target race pace w/ 400m jog rest. The tempo was kinda on the slow side, but that's to be expected after my injury. The last one approached interval difficulty, though.
The 200s were slow, but I don't think they reflect my race fitness. I think I'm worth a 2:06 at the moment, even despite not being able to train for over a month. I'll be doing the same workout next week, so we'll see if my 200s feel like they better reflect my fitness.
