Once again I'm a bad judge of distance and pace. Also, I feel like I screwed up the timing of my watch, there's no way I ran this fast. I was tired, but hell, not as tired as I would be at that pace.

I meant to run 5, but I guess half a mile extra isn't bad.

I know we're not supposed to be obsessed with pace, but this is the first summer I've ever used a watch and I'm addicted. I could leave it at home, but its my baby...

Everything still hurts.
