Workout Wednesday - Indoor Track

Comments:
Did another 800 - 600 combination workout today, again sticking with Ty and Mahalsky the whole time. We had to warm up inside because sportsmed said it was going to be too cold to run outside (bullshit). Then we did four warmup 200s and got our workout assignment. It was 600, 600, 800, 600, 600 all at R pace. Our times were:

Felt more tired today than last wewek, but my legs were also feeling like shit before the workout. I need to recover a bit before the race Saturday, but taking my runs easy and keeping up with my sleep should be sufficient. Good day overall, just need to hurt less on these.
