Comments:
Was supposed to do 20 400s at 85-90 pace with 200 jog recovery. Made it through six and had to stop for a couple minutes, then I did 4 more and knew I was not going to be able to keep pace for the rest, so I stopped. Might have done the first few jog recoveries too fast. Will try to make it farther next week.
