my legs are really sore for some reason. they have been sore since yesterday morning. my shins hurt a lot. i don't want to be injured. so i didn't run today. i went swimming and did 40 laps. in 35min. so ok pace i guess. hopefully my leg will get better. still excited for Twilight 8k!
