Comments:
jogged for 1 min, walked 1 min. got to 6 mins, jogged until 11. Jogged til 12.5, then last couple minutes at 7:40 something pace.
felt okay! can't believe I'm running again.
okay yes I can. I've been through this so many times I don't have to pretend like it's exciting for me anymore. I'm dreading getting back into shape.
