Comments:
Breakfast= cheese and chicken sandwich
Lunch= egg sandwich
Dinner= rice and curry
Also had a banana
Had 5 600s. My times were 1:51, 2:01, 2:00, 1:57, and 2:03. For the 1500 I got 6:17. During the 1500 I felt a cramp in my right side. Went to bed at 9 and woke up at 5:30.
