2x KB Swing
3x Snatch (L/R)
4x KB Swing
continue with 3x Snatch, +2 Swing until you get to 3x Snatch/20x Swing, then back down (doing 20 twice). Pretty brutal on the glutes! Started timing it but realized it was gonna take a while so turned the watch off lol. @ 24kg.
Total = 220 swings, 60 Snatch (each arm).
Finished up with some thrusters and goblet squats.
