What a hectic week this week. tests and quizzes already. havent had time to hit my routine properly. went for push day today. i think last time which was like 2 weeks ago i hit about 145lbs for 5x8 on an all nighter. today i hit 3x8 with 150. felt strong holding the weight but kind of weak at pressing. ill get back into it. partly b/c i took time off for travel and being sick. and also partly maybe because of my diet.

70lb db flat press. didnt feel as powerful as last time. i was aiming for 4x9 as i did last time. hit 3x9, then last set was like 8 reps. triceps were burning.

45lb laterals. felt weaker today on this for sure. 3x8 but i had to cheat a little more. slightly strained my lower back on it lmao.

considering adding in cardio because i love eating so much that if i dont cardio then ill have to eat less.
