Diamonds: Swings (odd #s two-hand, even #s Hand-to-hand)
Clubs: Goblet Squats
Spades: Push Press (2,6,8,10,12,14(Ace) = Right Arm; 3,4,5,7,9,11,13 = Left Arm = 52 each arm :)

Pretty fun way to wake up. Was gonna run with Austin and Steve but they bailed and I didn't want to brave 13 degrees alone. I'm a baby.
