Comments:
Breakfast= bagel with cream cheese
Lunch= bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with strawberry milk
Dinner= rice, curry, beans, chicken
Also had a banana and 2 bottles of gatorade
Felt good after the workout. Went to bed at 12 and woke up at 6.
