Trail Walk-Jog

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Drove to Noanet woods and ran around. Started with 3 minutes of walk-jogging, then did scattered bits of running, coming to 9 minutes total. After that, did another 8 or so minutes of walk-jogging, then 9 other minutes of just walking. By "scattered" I mean I ran only when the terrain was flat. On hilly parts I walked up or speed walked, etc. Probably shouldn't have ran around the hills and steep area like that, should have been more flat. No pain whatsoever during run.
