Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Chilly, snowy day.

Comments:
4,3,2,1 with 90 seconds rest. I did not feel good today, my thigh was really tight and I could not move very well. The faster we got the less I could move. Not too fun of a day. Also tried to do a mile after plyos but my thigh was hurt about a half a mile in and I had to back off.
