Comments:
Ran a 10:45 3k, and am feeling like I'm starting to get back into it. My back only hurt on the last 2 laps, and my thigh hurt for the first two, but the middle I just felt a little tight not too bad though! I just really need to work on staying focused right after the mile. I was pretty thrilled that I almost beat my mile time for my mile split though! Also we found horses on the cool down, my day was made!
