Comments:
Ran the 3k for the first time since high school. I ran 9:57 which is about a 30 second PR from high school. I went out in about 5:13 for the mile and was sort of hurting the second half of the race. I think it's a good start for me though and I'm looking forward to the 5k in 2 weeks
