Felt GREAT to finally get a run. Since I felt great I went alittle faster than usual in my long runs. Ended up doing a steady state. Stomach is feeling better (really wanted to run a relay at the new balance games :( I don't even know if my name was listed to run in a relay because I wasn't at practice Thursday or Friday. If I ran, I probably would of done horrible, due to the fact that I didn't run Thursday or Friday.
