Comments:
It was not that good run. I got my cramps back from yesterday. I rarely ever get cramps ever since I started training seriously. Now I have gotten them 2 days in a row. Its not looking good. I paused my run 2 or 3 times during my run to let my cramp go away. I hate having cramps. Maybe it was food, not sure. At the end of my warm up, workout, and cool down I did a pretty fast sprint. Not really a sprint, more of a stride out.
