Comments:
Breakfast= cheese and chicken sandwich
Lunch= nothing
Dinner= rice, salad, and fish
Also had a bottle of water and a banana
Had a 30 minute run and I felt good after. Went to bed at 10:30 and woke up at 8:00. It was a really good sleep.
