Weather: mid 30s!, Plenty of icy patches still

Comments:
Ran from home out Conn ave to pick up Jon again. Dropped down to Western through Chevy Chase and went out Chestnut to Oregon and Beach drive. Came up one of the big hills to Brookville and then looped Conn ave and Brookville again to stretch Jon's run to 42 minutes. Headed home at a building pace along Conn. Didn't feel very light or fresh today, and the steady pace with Jon was welcomed. We were quicker than last week, averaging between 8:00 and 7:30, I think. Nice that it turned into an hour. I did manage two sets of push ups, some crunches, and some plank leg lifts, but had no time to stretch, yet again. The endless cold weather is starting to get to me mentally, but I need to bring some focus this week.
