Exercise Type: Run
Weather: warm, but the sun was going to set and i ran on the shady side of the streets

yeay! i did it !!!!
but i had some help. i went to the running store this morning and bought all sorts of fancy non-chocolate goos and gels. todays flavor was key lime,, i think accelgel. which is a 4:1 carb to protein gel. its apparently got some science basis (or so it says) but all i cared about was if it would taste good and if it would make me not want to die as much during my run (and if it would make me have to poo during the run). at first it was gross, mainly because i had it tucked into my shirt and it got all warm. but it really did taste like key lime, almost like half solid jello. aand it gave me extra endurance for sure. this 8miles felt way better than the 7miles of last week. aaaaaand i didnt stop to poop. eee
ill keep you posted on the other brands and formulas...
