Indoor Workout by myself

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: indoor so gross air

Comments:
I had the world's worst o chem lab so I had to practice on my own. I did 6 x 2:15 hard with 2 minutes rest in between. I didn't warmup because I just wanted to get the workout over with. I ended up doing 30 laps during the workout. I'm not sure exactly if that's indicative of laziness during the workout but it felt like a good pace, maybe a little slower than a tempo. I did a 10 lap cool down and Wyatt cheered for me a bunch which made me happy. I liked seeing everyone while I ran because that made the workout less shitty. Did abs and stretched after I ran. Next week I'm going to start doing hurdle drills regularly.
