Double 300s on Bellaire Track

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
It was a little cold on the run this afternoon. The workout was to run 300 meters then jog 100 meters very slowly somewhere around 40 seconds. Then after that 100 meter jog, do another 300 meters. Then rest for 4-5 minutes or whenever we were ready to go again. I didn't feel like I was running that fast today, but as long as I got in some fast reps through that workout. I kind of had to take some larger turns because of traffic in front of me on a couple, but not so bad overall. It got pretty hard on the last rep. I feel like the shorter the reps, the more my legs hurt. Its either me over striding or my legs not used to that fast of pace.
