Treadmilll Workout

Comments:
It's REALLY cold out at the moment, so we did a workout on the treadmill. It was 3x4:30 with a target heart rate of 175-180. I ended up doing an extra one, and my heart rates were 178, 178, 184, 182. My rest varied between 2 and 4 minutes. Calves felt tired afterward, but overall a good workout. Lifted afterward.
