Hard panas hill, 400 recovery, 400 mile pace, recovery down the hill, 90 seconds rest.

felt great and stayed close behind veeral, he only made distance on the recovery jogs.
Early today I put in four sets on the bench and two sets of cleans in the weight room during gym class, definitely felt it during the workout.
