Been feeling really good lately and this continued that feeling. Pace was very easy. Paces for each of the 5 minutes was 5:48, 5:47, 5:44, 5:46. Did this same workout in the summer and struggled to hit 6:10-6:15 pace. This felt really easy. Just need to keep feeling good like this. Insanity after
