Comments:
Tonight was a breakthrough run of sorts. The interval times show the improvement of speed. strength and endurance! Starting off fast and then lowered the times, the best part was I barley felt like I was moving. The last lap really hurt and I thought there was no way I was going to finish faster than the lap 3 but I pulled off an execlent workout
