Weather: Sooo cold my teeth hurt

Comments:
I met up with Lindsey at 3:45ish to do the workout. We were really rushing to get it done before her 6:00 class, mine starts next week so it was a tad stressful. We did 5 minutes, drills. I felt good during the workout. I started out with Lindsey on the first one, and the died after the first rep. I don't think I was more than 30 seconds behind her so I am 90% sure I was hitting my pace but it's hard when you don't have a distance watch. I felt really good for our first workout outside in a LONG time. I really just want to get back on the track and work on speed. After the workout Lindsey and I did Insanity because everyone was at the gym for some reason.

I broke in my new shoes today, they were so pretty :D
