Comments:
Caleb and I did a brief workout at Virginia Tech in the morning before the meet started. We just did some fours with 200m jog in between. So the rest was limited but we found a groove hitting 65s and then dropped a 61 on the last one. We had to weave in and out of people a little bit as well so some of them were more than 400m. I felt tired but it was nice running the 400s on a banked track.
