Comments:
Legs immediately felt tight and heavy, and he was going at a very decent clip. I just sucked it up and pushed cuz I didn't want to fall back :) Ended up being a great run. Haven't been pushing the pace the past week or so.
Warm-up and cool down was the jog from my car to Lodging and back
