Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran SVRR with Ty today and tried to get it in before lift so we ran a bit quick, with six strides mid run of course. Afterwards coach had us do the full new lift for the first time. I kind of like it, even though it makes my hips really sore. Eventually, it will pay dividends.
