2x2k @ goal 5k pace
shooting for 6:00 (15flat pace), ran 6:05, 6:15
was a lot more tiring than i expected. especially the second one sucked.
3x400 @ faster
ran 68, 66, 64
tiring, but happy with the result. still had some pop for the last one, which was nice.
cooled down outside, which was nice. it was cold and windy, but good to get outside.
lifted same as monday. felt pretty good. stretched and rolled. my calves are sore. ice bathed for the first time this year. it was cold.
