Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I broke today up into 2 bits. The first time I ran I only did three miles, but my hips were aching like crazy. Then after lab, I finished my run. My hips were hurting decently badly and I ended up running almost at 10 minute pace. Not the funnest run ever, but I survived.
