i rowed today. changing it up. it was very tiring. but went by very quick. 4 by 1000 with 1:00 rest. i didnt time it but the thing said i was doing it around 2:10/500 meters most of the time because thats how it did things. it seemed weird. and i warmed up and cooled down 500 meters.
