Railroad Track Run From Bellaire HS

It was a little cold, but by the middle of the run, it felt really really good. Pretty good run. I started to get a tiny cramp on warm up, but it went away. I went at a pretty steady pace. When I got to the cool down mile, I was averaging 7:11 miles including the warm up.
