Comments:
It was a bit chilly, but not that bad after we started running. The workout was 5x600 with like 4 minutes rest. Whenever we were ready to go. I didn't run that fast today, but it didn't feel like a super hard workout. I probably could have done 2 or 3 more if I put all my energy in. My knee hurt a little the first rep. Nobody was really in front of me so it was hard for me to pick it up.
