Won't lie, I was a bit nervous for today's workout since I was feeling pretty shitty today, still lingering from yesterday, but I ended up being just fine. Ankle hurt a bit more than usual today so that wasn't too sweet but I got over it, as usual. Warmed up three miles with the guys and then did drills and warm up 200s as is tradition. Mitch went with Tyler, Mahalsky and I today and led the first one. Our times were:

59 (This one was to be done at a faster pace. I had to go around Mahalsky with 150 to go because I was feeling pretty good. I finished in 59 low. Should have been faster)

Felt good about today overall I guess. Only 8 quarters, but we ripped them pretty good I guess. We are definitely starting to feel some speed. Combine that with the mileage (I should be around 87 this week) and I am putting together some solid work. Can't wait to see what I can do next Friday.
