tbar rows w/ the barbell in the corner of the room set-up. warmed up 1 plate at a time and rowed 4 plates for..... 3x8? shit this was like 2 days ago i dont really remember. might have been 4 sets.
Barbell rows, used just 185 today since its my second exercise, after heavy rowing.  i think i did 4x8-10..  then dumbbell rows. i think i did 4x10, i know i used like 80lbs though. maybe it was 85. shit.
20min of cardio afterwards elliptical.  #shreddin'
