Went down to Kent, lifted with E-mole at fitworks in stow. pretty good gym, i'd totally get a membership there. $10 a month as opposed to like $140 a month at lifetime, and similar enough to veale. also, i just realized today was my last day of membership at lifetime. thank god. lifetime is way to nice and has way too many bros whose presence piss me off.

deadlifts. 135 for 5x8 since they dont have bumper plates. this actually felt really good, i felt nice and strong, good form/technique. tight at the bottom, coordinated.

front squats - 3x8 with 95lbs. felt great too. havent done front squats since about 2 months ago, prior to my injury. i was able to go really deep too without elevating the heels.

hamstrings and calves.

10min cardio on elliptical, hit a rate of 1000 cals per hour
