This morning I felt tired, I ran 2 miles and then I stopped at my house to use the bathroom and I came back out and was stretching and I thought that I could not any more because my legs felt so tired. I prayed and I felt the Lord just tell me to try and simply run and not stress about my time, so I started running and my legs did not hurt! I was thinking of turning around and doing 6 miles but I felt the Lord just telling me to lean solely on Him and He would give me strength, I did and He did give me the strength that I know for a fact I did not have. I was so wonderful to sing Him praise songs as I ran and to just use it as a time to pray. At the end of my run I was so thankful because I know for a fact it was the Lord who strengthened me to run. I ran 10 miles, it took me 1.19.48, I did 9 min of core and abs and 3x30 leg lifts and 50 arm swings.
