Weather: high 50s, hot.
Comments:
ran with anna and katie once again. it wasn't too great of a run for me. the outside of the edge of my left foot hurt and both my shins were really tight. then i rolled my right ankle on an acorn going down the hill. going back was a little better. not so great of a run, but not horrifying. it was also realllly hot.. :( ran shirtless.. in february. lol.
no splits.
