Then,
100m Farmer Carry Right, 400m run, 10om Farmer Carry Left, 400m Run, 100m Farmer Carry Right, 400m Run, 100m Farmer Carry Left.
Too nice of a day to be stuck in a gym, too sore for lots of running.
