3x5 w/ 190lbs on the bench. this was quite a struggle. Could be because i've been going up in weight quickly, could be because my cut is catchin up to me, could be because ive had <6hr sleep a night for the past 3 nights and had weird eating patterns. but i hit my reps. I think i will take off from pressing rest of the weak, maybe even pulling to give my left elbow a rest. ill do more legs and deadlifts.
210lb rows for 3x6, felt just fine.
Did overhead press w/ 120lbs, got 3x5, a REAL struggle. but hit all my reps. last rep i didn't think i'd get the rep but i dug deep and even tho i hit the sticking point hard I grinded thru it hard and got the rep. Im gonna call this exercise the Ogus press from now on.
95lb rows 3x6 per side. this felt sufficiently heavy for a power day.
didn't have time for cardio cuz veale was closed
