Workout at Blackwater

Comments:
Did a workout with Caleb, Isaac, and Zach at blackwater. We warmed up then we did 6x3min with 90 seconds jog followed by 1 minute hard at the end. I felt pretty good for the first 3 and we weren't going slow. Then I dropped back on the 4th one and was back on the 5th one as it was mostly my quads that were tired. Then I really focused on pushing myself through on the 6th one and was pretty close to Isaac and Zach, Caleb smoked us all. But overall it was a good aerobic workout that wasn't slow.
