Comments:
first 3 miles by myself. Next 12 miles was participating in the 12 miles for the 12s seahawks super bowl run (SUPER BOWL CHAMPS!)finished run with 4 x 800. Not very pleased with those times considering effort was maxed out to run them. Still might be some leg from Thursday's flu even though I felt good.
