Easy 4 miles on treadmill
feelin ballsy so I picked it up to 9:30 min/mile and last 30 sec or so 7:30 min/mile. felt so good...
Stood up for a good 6 hours straight at meet for timing etc. Knee a tiny bit sore, taking tomorrow off

heat before, ice/stretch after
