Circuit after Running

I think this is what I had to do:

2x20 Lateral box step ups
2x20 Lateral leg lifts
2x20 Burpee Pushups (definitely leave you winded!)
2x10 Stationary lunges each leg
2x10 Something weird that was like an iron cross each side
2xmax Arms runs w/ 7.5 lb dumbbells. I never can do these to exhaustion though, they're so boring

And then
10+9+8 Pullups w/ 1 min rest (first was standard pullup, next two were parallel)
15+10 chin dips or whatever they're called
3x15 hanging forward leg lifts (made up the name)

Man I'm such a newbie
