Easy run, upped the pace a bit. Ran on indoor track (2 miles clockwise, 2 miles counterclockwise)
around 8:30 min/mile
knee felt sore this morning and throughout the day. Heat helped and after first few laps feeling was gone.
stretch then ice after run. Long time before dinner however (physics lab)
